Biocide Report Formats for Industry

Document formats for industry submissions in the context of the Biocidal Products Regulation can be accessed and downloaded for use from the ECHA website. Available report formats include:

• Template for draft risk assessment reports for active substances
• The Product Assessment Report (PAR) for national product authorisations
• The Product Assessment Report (PAR) for Union product authorisations
