Biocidal Products Compliance
Biocidal active substances, products and treated articles are regulated by Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012, commonly known as the 'Biocidal Products Regulation' or ‘BPR’. This legislation is transposed into Irish law by S.I. 427 of 2013 - European Union (Biocidal Products) Regulations 2013 and its subsequent amendments.
