Non-Standard Uses- What to Do?

If the proposed use is not covered under the relevant Emission Scenario Document (ESD) the applicant should:

• Consult the Technical Agreements for Biocides to determine if a similar issue has arisen in the past
• Investigate the possibility of using/adapting a relevant scenario from another ESD
• Consider proposing a new scenario.
• Consider a pre-submission meeting with the evaluating Competent Authority (eCA).
