Food Safety Assessments

The majority of foodstuffs do not contain any measurable pesticide residues.  However, pesticides used in the wrong way or wrong dose can cause harm to people, wildlife and the environment.  People are naturally concerned about the use of pesticides on their health, therefore controls have been put in place to monitor the levels of pesticide in our food and drink as most residues result from the pesticides used on crops.
