Active Substance Suppliers (Article 95 List)

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is responsible for the publication of the list of relevant substances and the respective substance and product suppliers, in accordance with Article 95 of the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR). The names of the active substance suppliers can be obtained from the List of Active Substances and Suppliers.

Notified or authorised biocidal products for a given product-type made available on the market in Ireland must contain a source of active substance for the product-type from a substance supplier or product supplier that is listed on the Article 95 list of active substances and suppliers.
